Steps
1: switch off the system.
2: switch on the system.
3: before it complete booting, keep striking
the F8
and F9keys until it display a dark screen as you
are formatting the system. wait until it displays another
screen asking
you different ways to start the system.
4: select the safe mode.
5: log in through the administrator.
6: on the safe mode create another user
account without password.
7: switch off the system and switch it on
again.
8: log in through the user account you
created.
9: run a system recovery to recover the
folders in the
user account that is being restricted.
